All music, artwork, logos, photos, videos and text on this site are the property of Absolute Records, its artists or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

4. Free downloads

Free tracks offered through this site are for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not re-upload, resell, redistribute or monetise them, in original or edited form. All rights to the music remain with Absolute Records and its artists.

5. Newsletter

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Demo submissions

• Only submit music you made and own the rights to. By submitting, you confirm your demo does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You keep all rights to your music. Sending us a demo does not transfer ownership and does not give us the right to release it.
• We listen to everything, but we are under no obligation to respond, provide feedback or release submitted material.
• Demo submissions are stored for up to 6 months and then deleted.

7. Store

Our merchandise store at abslt.store is operated separately on Shopify. Orders, payments, shipping and returns are governed by the store's own terms of service and privacy policy.

8. External links

This site links to external platforms (such as SoundCloud, Spotify, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Liability

This website is provided "as is". While we do our best to keep everything accurate and online, we give no guarantees and accept no liability for damage arising from the use of this site, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page and applies from the moment it is published.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
